Our Contests, Prizes and Giveaways – Full Disclosure Information:
From time to time, Taste of Southern may offer prizes and giveaway items to our readers. Each contest will have it’s own information about how to participate and will be posted in the information along with the giveaway. We will mail or ship items to the address provided to us by the winner of said prize.
Unless otherwise stated in the Prize Offer, all items given will be offered by Taste of Southern and yours truly, as a way to encourage your repeated visits and participation in our website. Yeah, we want you to keep coming back.W
Prizes offered for giveaway by outside groups, companies or organizations will be clearly stated on the individual giveaway offer page and will be duly noted as to whom or where the prize being offered is coming from.
We will mail or ship most items from our location. Some items may be drop-shipped from the supplier. If that’s the case, we will have to send your personal shipping information to the supplier.
All registrants must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged or defective products that you might receive from a giveaway, but will do our utmost to resolve the issue if possible.
Winners will be posted on our website and it will be your responsibility to contact us when you win. We may not be able to contact you personally to notify you of winning.
You will have 7 days to respond. If we don’t hear from you within that time frame, your prize will be forfeited and may be offered up again at a later date for another contest or promotion.
All comments on our website are moderated. That means, we personally read each and every one before it’s approved and posted. Your comment may take up to 24 hours to appear but. rest assured that if it’s part of the registration for a giveaway, it will be entered according to the proper time deadline. We reserve the right to reject and refuse any comments we deem inappropriate or profane.
This is just stuff that I need to let you know about. Other rules and regulations may apply and will be added as needed.
