  • 4 cups of cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Celery, minced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Boiled Egg, chopped fine.
  • ½ cup Onion, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar, optional


  1. Chop chicken as desired and place in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Wash celery stalks under cool water, chop very fine.
  3. Add chopped celery to mixing bowl.
  4. Add the chopped onions.
  5. Add sweet pickle relish.
  6. Add mayonnaise.
  7. Add a little sugar if desired.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Add black pepper.
  10. Add Mustard.
  11. Add the chopped boiled egg.
  12. Stir mixture well, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
  13. Serve cool and enjoy!
