These skillet fried shrimp make an excellent appetizer or for the main course of your meal. Old Bay Seasoning and Butter give them the flavor. Super quick, super easy.

1 lb. Jumbo headless shrimp, with or without shells
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Butter

Rinse shrimp under cold running water. Let drain.
Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle shrimp with olive oil.
Sprinkle shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning
Toss gently to fully coat shrimp. Set aside.
Heat 2 Tablespoons butter in skillet over Medium heat.
Add shrimp.
Toss and cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink in color. Do not overcook.
Remove from skillet. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Serve these warm with your favorite cocktail sauce, or with a Cajun style dip. Be sure to have some napkins on hand if you’re serving these with the shells on them.
