Description
These skillet fried shrimp make an excellent appetizer or for the main course of your meal. Old Bay Seasoning and Butter give them the flavor. Super quick, super easy.
Ingredients
1 lb. Jumbo headless shrimp, with or without shells
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Butter
Instructions
Rinse shrimp under cold running water. Let drain.
Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle shrimp with olive oil.
Sprinkle shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning
Toss gently to fully coat shrimp. Set aside.
Heat 2 Tablespoons butter in skillet over Medium heat.
Add shrimp.
Toss and cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink in color. Do not overcook.
Remove from skillet. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Enjoy!
Notes
Serve these warm with your favorite cocktail sauce, or with a Cajun style dip. Be sure to have some napkins on hand if you’re serving these with the shells on them.
