Hot Summer days can be cooled down quickly with a delicious, fresh Strawberry Milkshake. Top it with whipped cream and another fresh berry or two.

1-lb fresh Strawberries
3 Tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Flavoring
34 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream, per shake
Milk, as needed.

Remove hulls from the berries.
Rinse berries under cool running water.
Place berries in a bowl. Chop into small pieces.
Add the sugar.
Add vanilla flavoring.
Stir together as sugar dissolves. Refrigerate 30 minutes before using.
Place ice cream in mixing cup.
Add 3-4 Tablespoons of berries.
Add milk as desired for thick or thin shakes.
Mix as needed for desired consistency.

Less milk makes for a thicker shake, while more milk makes a thinner shake. Your choice.
